The Comms Hub: Growing Culture, Strategy, and Communications Across Wisconsin
THE COMMS HUB
Expanding communications infrastructure by building comms/narrative
Custom training modules and narrative building strategies
Rooted in community. Building power. Shaping Wisconsin’s future.
All in Wisconsin Fund (AIWF) is building a robust, community-rooted communications infrastructure through The Comms Hub.
We shift harmful narratives, counter disinformation, and uplift the voices of those most impacted by systemic inequities.
The Challenge
Wisconsin’s local journalism is shrinking, leaving communities vulnerable to misinformation.
Disinformation campaigns target rural, Black, Brown, Indigenous, marginalized and youth communities to sow division and weaken democracy.
Trusted grassroots organizations exist — but many lack the communications infrastructure to respond quickly and effectively.
Our Solution
Spokespersons trained to represent their communities with clarity and courage.
Micro-influencers (especially Black, Brown, youth, rural voices) who spread authentic, values-driven content.
Grassroots media creators who produce trusted community news and storytelling.
Partner organizations (30+ statewide) aligned around shared values and equipped to lead narrative change.
Our Goals
Train 50+ spokespersons embedded in local organizations.
Support 30+ micro-influencers creating narrative-aligned digital content.
Strengthen communications capacity for 30+ partner orgs.
Build a resilient narrative ecosystem that consistently counters disinformation.
